We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Gdańsk/Warsaw.

Project is an ambitious attempt to create a ground-breaking product for a telecom industry. We care, we’re doing Agile and we’re not afraid to try things.




  • At least 1 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master of teams of six or more – you will get the support you need but you will be the sole person responsible for the project
  • Strong communication skills – our clients are based predominantly in Silicon Valley
  • At least 2 years of experience in working with IT Software Houses
  • Experience in working with external customers 
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technical position – you’ll need to understand at least the basics of the complicated projects we take on
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (mainly Scrum) and project management tools – we mostly work on time and material projects where results matter
  • Excellent English-language skills (minimum C1)
