We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw.


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related analytical field
  • Very good written and spoken English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of G Suite
  • Delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, proactive personality
  • Very good organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
  • Flexible and proactive work style
  • Ability to learn new areas of expertise quickly
  • Ability to understand and work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Professional experience in a similar role would be an asset
  • Interest in Project Management as a career path


  • Support IT Manager
  • Coordinate small projects
  • Maintain key project documentation and produce delivery and performance metrics
  • Provide administrative support for the  IT manager using agreed upon project management methodologies
  • Organize team meetings and workshops
  • Monitor compliance with project management best practices and procedures
  • Track actions, decisions, issues, risks, assumptions, costs and other dependencies
  • Prepare supporting materials for the project meetings and take minutes
  • Maintain documentation for projects, including risk tracking, action logs and project deliverables
  • Maintain status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
  • Maintain and update project management reporting tools
  • Build a positive environment to ensure efficient performance of project activities
  • Create system and facilitation tools for project management teams
  • Support, control and supervise ongoing projects
  • Take part in cross-team cooperation to ensure a proper project kick-off, execution and closure
