We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with fluent German to lead new projects in the areas of Virtual Networking, Cloud and Automation for DACH-based customers. We need someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit ready to take initiative, assess risks and enter new and uncharted territories. You should be able to deliver the first projects for new customers and actively look for business opportunities in new markets. Requirements

  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering project on time and within the budget
  • Ability to work independently and take the lead
  • A goal-oriented mindset
  • German and English – fluent in both spoken and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good business acumen and ability to create and win new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager leading teams of six or more people
  • At least 3 years of experience in working with IT Software Houses
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical position – you’ll need to understand at least the basics of the complicated projects we take on
  • Practical knowledge of Agile (mainly Scrum) and waterfall methodologies and project management tools – we mostly work on Time and Material (T&M) projects where results matter
  • Experience in working with external customers
