The new Wroclaw office is located in Carbon Tower

“Wroclaw is a strategic location for CodiLime,” says Jędrzej Nowak, Site Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. “The capital of the Lower Silesia Region is a well-known technology hub, hosting more than 36,000 experts working in IT, and it has a strong academic community in ITC and related fields.”
“Despite current remote working trends, we decided to open an office because we want to offer our employees freedom of choice,” adds Nowak. “Based on our internal data, our employees prefer remote working in the majority, but a fair share of them want a hybrid model or to work only from the office. We want to meet these expectations.”
“That is why we want the new Wroclaw office to be a space where everyone feels comfortable and included, and provide room for unique experiences. We want to build an environment that breathes technology,” concludes Nowak.
Establishing a new office in Wroclaw is a part of CodiLime’s growth strategy which includes opening new locations in Poland and other countries around the world.
