Information Security Policy


CodiLime Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter CodiLime) is a networking industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware & software providers and telecoms. CodiLime provides services in the field of software engineering, DevOps, and network engineering. This type of activity imposes obligations on the company to ensure information security. The company's policy is to ensure:
  •   protection of information against unauthorized access;
  •   confidentiality of information;
  •   integrity of information;
  •   availability of information to authorized persons.


Policy goals


  •   Establish a general approach to information security to ensure the security of clients’ data and data owned by CodiLime.
  •   To detect and forestall the compromise of information security such as misuse of data, networks, systems, and applications.
  •   To protect the reputation of the company with respect to its ethical and legal responsibilities.
  •   To observe the rights of the customers and continuously improve our way of work by introducing continuous risk assessment and improvement.
  •   Utilize ISO/IEC 27001 without sacrificing effectiveness and agility.


Continuous improvement


CodiLime aims for practical perfection in data handling by practicing internal audit, risk assessment processes. Each employee is empowered to report risks, deviation from the established processes, and improvement ideas.


Awareness


All personnel is trained in relevant information handling and possible risks. This includes customer-specific requirements and possible fines and/or relevant legal acts and processes.


Incident handling


Any member of the staff, subcontractor or visiting client representative who is aware of Information Security Breach must inform staff by creating a report in the appropriate queue on help.codilime.com, sending an email at help@codilime.com or calling +48 22 389 51 00. For that purpose, non-employees must acknowledge their responsibility in this matter.


CodiLime Board approved the Information Security Policy and is responsible for its implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
