Michał Sokal has been an integral part of CodiLime’s leadership team, steering the company’s financial strategy as a CFO. His extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning has become crucial for CodiLime.

Michał is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience gained in Polish and international companies, including both consulting and in-house, especially within the IT sector. He also has established experience overseeing IPOs and M&As. His career portfolio includes well-established companies like EY, People Can Fly Studio, Incuvo and, since May 2024, CodiLime.
