Success stories

Borys Forytarz
Project Manager

Borys Forytarz – Project Manager

I started my adventure at CodiLime in 2016 as a Senior Frontend Developer in an internal project. Then I moved to my first project for an external client, and then another one, where I worked simultaneously as a Tech and Team Leader. Heading up a large team meant I had less time for programming work. Since then, my career has moved towards management and in October 2018 I took up the position of Project Manager. Soon afterwards I became the PM of another project for a new client. It is a big responsibility, but at the same time an interesting adventure, opening the door to further learning and improving my managerial skills.

Krzysztof Kajkowski
Director of Engineering

Krzysztof Kajkowski – Director of Engineering

I joined CodiLime having had some experience working as an IT Project Manager in various areas. I started working here with the Contrail Windows team and a few guys doing some Python development. At first I focused on getting the team’s development process on the right path while also boosting morale. Clients noticed our skills and we got the opportunity to compete for  new projects. Our team grew from 6 to 60 people as we worked on 11 different projects for our client. My hard work and effort in the projects was appreciated, and gave me the opportunity to take on my present position, Director of Engineering.

Katarzyna Rybacka
Software Engineer

Katarzyna Rybacka – Software Engineer

I came across CodiLime at WUT Career Fair in 2017. My future recruitment provided me a large amount of information about the company, projects and technologies the company used. I thought ‘Wow. Sounds great’ and I decided to apply. I was given the opportunity to learn various technologies and best coding practices. I really improved my skills and acquired new ones in a warm and friendly working environment. I have participated  in two SDN projects, and I also take part in internal workshops at the company’s GO! Academy. My colleagues and I meet twice a month to share our experience, knowledge and encountered issues.

Stanisław
Madaliński-Piętka

Software Engineer

Stanisław Madaliński-Piętka – Software Engineer

I joined Codilime in 2018 as a Software Engineer on the QA Team. My main task was to automate tests for network virtualization solutions.I won’t claim the beginning was easy , especially because computer networks was a new field for me and I had to learn a lot. Over time, another challenge arose – to create a system to automate and configure test environments based on containerization and the Flask framework. The task proved fascinating, especially the opportunity to lead the project. My efforts and management skills have been appreciated, thanks to which today I’m the Team Leader of the whole QA team in the network virtualization project.

Wioleta Woszczyk
Marketing Specialist

Wioleta Woszczyk – Marketing Specialist

After finishing my bachelor’s degree, I spontaneously decided to move to Warsaw. I needed a job “for now” and that’s how I found myself at CodiLime’s reception desk. After less than 6 months of guest service and support for other teams, I started working for the company as a Business Travel Specialist. Initially I was only involved in organizing business trips. Over time, I started to have more tasks related not only to trips. After several months of cooperation with every team in the company, I was offered the opportunity to support the newly-formed marketing team. And so, as a marketing specialist, I take care of communications and CodiLime’s image as an employer.

Passions of Limes!

Krzysztof Kajkowski

As the Director of Engineering, Krzysiek doesn’t have much time to spend it on his many hobbies. His focus of late has been on sport climbing, but he’s also a big fan of motorcycles and photography. From time to time he tinkers with electronics, programming and home automation.

Szymon Gołębiewski

As a Project Manager, Szymon is responsible for managing a team for an external client. After work, he dances and teaches lindy hop in his own dance school.

Marta Kostulska

From Monday to Friday Marta meticulously crafts our marketing strategies. On weekends, however, she swaps high heels for camo, loads her replica assault rifle with bioplastic pellets and ambushes members of the opposing ASG team.

Maciej Manturewicz

Professionally, Maciek is a Senior Project Manager and Site Manager at CodiLime’s Gdansk branch. Privately, he’s a cycling enthusiast, runner, sailor, triathlete, cross-fit lover and blogger. Maciek is bursting with positive energy and puts it to work motivating his team.

Piotr Szuberski

At Codilime, Piotrek works as a Software Engineer. Privately, he does calisthenics with elements of gymnastics in order to master interesting elements such as press-to-handstand, front lever and splits.

Ewa Wojak

Ewa is Team Leader of the Gdansk office recruitment team. After hours, she hits the bay for windsurfing. Luckily, our Gdansk office is not far from the beach!

Małgorzata Prachnio

At CodiLime Gosia combines her passion with work. As a Junior Recruiting Partner, she hires new employees and takes care of their physical activity by leading CodiLime’s stretching classes. In her free time, Gosia practices yoga.

Your initiative – our engagement

  • We support our employees in developing their own interests and passions.
  • Gosia’s dream was to expand her experience with yoga. So we organized weekly in-house yoga sessions. The result? Relaxation and inner peace for the whole team, including Gosia.
  • Kasia wanted to increase her Golang knowledge, so we built a group of Golang masters to support her. 30+ people have already joined this group.
  • Haters gonna hate? We actually have a “Haters” group. This grassroot initiative monitors our working environment and helps us improve our culture. Wanna join?

See how we work and have fun
