design process
Systematic because each phase is an important step to discovering the best business opportunities. Iterative because it reveals and incorporates evidence to support business decisions.
This process consists of phases, and each of them is an important step in discovering the best business opportunities.
Product Discovery
Having an idea for improving an existing product or developing a new one is a great starting point. Our job here is to represent a user and build a bridge between your goals and solutions which are valuable for your customers. Thanks to that, product development is driven by evidence and focused on delivering value to users. In the discovery phase, we collect insights and clarify the unknown to verify hypotheses and turn them into a viable, marketable strategy.
In this phase, we concentrate on turning opportunities into ideas, finding product-market fit, and discovering relevant product metrics.
Design & Testing
Continuous Discovery
Having an idea for improving an existing product or developing a new one is a great starting point. Our job here is to represent a user and build a bridge between your goals and solutions which are valuable for your customers. Thanks to that, product development is driven by evidence and focused on delivering value to users. In the discovery phase, we collect insights and clarify the unknown to verify hypotheses and turn them into a viable, marketable strategy.
In this phase, we concentrate on turning opportunities into ideas, finding product-market fit, and discovering relevant product metrics.
During the design and testing phase, we focus on the cognitive factors of user interaction. This includes designing proposals at different levels of fidelity: low-fidelity prototypes aimed strictly at rapid testing, interactive hi-fi prototypes, component design and design systems. The results of this stage can be validated with users to identify pain points and reiterate the process.
We end up with a backlog of ideas for new or improved functionalities based on tests’ results.
We test iteratively to discover and eliminate errors before development and design effective solutions tied to the user's needs.
Product design is not a linear process. The goal is to create a product that stays relevant to the target market - and that means it needs to adjust to shifting user needs. That’s why after we’re done with designing and testing, we go back to product discovery. Based on our implemented product metrics, we can leverage real-world users’ feedback and constantly find possibilities for improving the product.
The iterative cycle of product design and carefully designed user metrics will ensure your product will always stay one step ahead of the competition.

Is product design the right approach?
Building an excellent product is a complex process with many opportunities to make mistakes. Based on our own experience, we named pain points that we have encountered and now aim to eliminate. If any of these sounds like the reason for your challenges, we are here to fix them with our product design services.
- You find it hard to define the scope of the project and agree on the priorities.
- You find yourself blocked by building improvements, features, or entire products that don't respond to user needs and fail to meet business expectations.
- Your backlog is full, but you cannot verify which ideas should go first and how to justify your decisions other than a gut feeling or a single customer request.
- Tests ring a bell but never bring valuable insights into how to hone your product.
- You suffer from a lack of productive debates, generate ineligible ideas and repeatedly encounter the same problem.
- In the end, your team develops unnecessary functionalities or products, and in the worst-case scenario, are also painful to use.
- You have heard about product design, and you acknowledge its power, but you need a partner with an array of competencies and know-how who will lead you.
Product design team's competencies for your needs
Our product design team consists of experienced professionals from various fields, including visual design, research, analytics, and architecture. Joining these competencies allows us to create outstanding products and brainstorm innovative product ideas.
Single Point of Contact communication
The product design approach aims to satisfy the users with frictionless products as well as stunt stakeholders with straightforward communication and transparency throughout the product development process. We make sure to have an S. P. O. C. (single point of contact) on our side, most likely a product manager. They ensure the client understands what and why is happening in the project.
