We have built an end-to-end network service orchestration tool for managing services’ lifecycle in a multivendor environment (access, aggregation & core network). The solution contained a northbound API allowing integration with IT infrastructure tools and platforms responsible for automated service orchestration.

We have also developed a tool allowing network operators to have a clear overview of network topology and services, detect anomalies and perform automated root cause analysis. The solution monitored real-time changes in the BGP structure for the service and based on that created a network topology for LLDP and BGP protocols. We used algorithmic analysis and different heuristics to analyze the data collected and to show the potential root cause (one or many) of a network failure.
